S. Tyler Swain
S. Tyler Swain joined the law firm of Denson Swain, P.C. in 1998. He is an honors graduate of Baylor University and received his law degree from South Texas College of Law in 1996.
His practice is primarily devoted to estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate, and Tyler frequently works as co-counsel with plaintiffs' firms in multi-million dollar litigation.
Tyler has earned the reputation amongst his colleagues as a skillful negotiator and navigator through the courts in all matters related to probate.
